Refund and Return Policy for GPS Trackers

 

  Thank you for your purchase! We hope you’re satisfied with your GPS tracker. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

 

1. Purpose

  This policy outlines the conditions under which GPS trackers issued by Alpha Treck GPS Tracking will be replaced. It aims to ensure the proper use of GPS trackers and provides clarity on the liabilities and responsibilities of the users.

2. Scope

  This policy applies to all employees, contractors, or any authorized personnel who have been issued a GPS tracker.

3. User Responsibilities

  Users are responsible for:

 – Safeguarding the GPS tracker and using it as intended.

 – Reporting any issues, damages, or incidents of loss/theft immediately.

 – Following the guidelines for proper care and maintenance of the device as provided by Alpha Treck GPS Tracking.

4. Return or Replacement Period

  Device once sold will not be taken back, only replaced in case of any physically damage.

  You may return your GPS tracker within *3 days* of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  The following items cannot be returned or replaced:

 – Damage that renders the device unusable (e.g., water damage, physical breakage, Burning from heat) may not qualify for a replacement if such damage is attributed to the user’s negligence or misuse.

 – Items that are missing accessories or components.

 – Products that were purchased during a clearance sale or special promotion (unless otherwise stated).

6. Loss or Theft

 – In the event of loss or theft of a GPS tracker, users must report the incident to the appropriate authority (e.g., local law enforcement and service provider) as soon as possible.

  Loss/Theft/Damage: Users may be charged a [flat fee] for a lost, stolen or damage GPS tracker.

7. Replacement Process

  To initiate a replace, please follow these steps:

 – Provide your order number and reason for the replacement.

 – We will send you a replacement authorization and specific instructions on how to proceed.

 – Please package the item securely and send it back to the address provided in the return instructions.

8. Refund Process

  Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within *7-10 business days* and credited back to your original payment method.

 9. Shipping Costs

 – The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received defective or incorrect.

 – We suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over Rs.500, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

10. Warranty

  All GPS trackers come with a warranty period of 1 year against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or mishandling.

11. Policy Review

  This policy will be reviewed annually and may be subject to amendments based on changing technology, organizational needs, or the feedback received from users.

12. Changes to This Policy

  We reserve the right to update or change our refund and return policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the service after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
